1️⃣ Overview

At Companies Filing Hub, we take pride in delivering professional, transparent, and reliable CA services in Lucknow. Due to the nature of our work (government filings, legal documentation, and compliance services), our fees primarily cover professional time, consultancy, and submission costs.


2️⃣ No Refund Policy on Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered — such as company registration filing, GST registration, trademark submission, compliance filing, or any advisory/consulting service — no refunds will be issued.

This is because government fees, filing charges, and professional time are non-recoverable once committed.


3️⃣ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started on your case
  • You cancel the service within 24 hours of payment and before submission to any authority
  • Any payment error or overcharge occurs on our end

All such refund requests will be reviewed case by case at our sole discretion.


4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation of your service within 24 hours of placing an order, provided no processing has begun. Once documentation, preparation, or filing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Companies Filing Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
